For the launch of Intuit Connect ON, Intuit’s first-ever virtual follow-up to their flagship event, I served as the Lead Producer for all digital assets. My mission was to manage a high-velocity production cycle, coordinating a cross-functional team of internal creatives, marketing executives, and external developers. By owning the lifecycle of web, social, and email production, I ensured a seamless translation of the established in-person event to a unique virtual offering.
This project was a masterclass in tight-turnaround coordination, requiring agile leadership to deliver a complex, "first-of-its-kind" digital experience that empowered thousands of professionals to earn CPE credits and engage with Intuit’s offerings.
The success of the project hinged on navigating an intensive 29-day production cycle from initial kickoff to the live event. This required managing the delivery of email campaigns to a massive audience of over one million recipients while synchronizing creative teams operating across multiple time zones. I served as the primary POC for all digital deliverables between various external agencies and internal stakeholders, streamlining complex approval workflows across numerous departments.
The event launched with no delays and exceeded registration targets, solidifying it as a benchmark for Intuit’s virtual engagement strategy and establishing Intuit Connect ON as a new pillar in virtual engagement offerings for the Intuit brand.
